The Pikachu and Gengar pokemon Squishmallow toys are now available for purchase in the United States for $29.99 each on the Pokémon Center website.
These 12-inch plush toys are the first official Pokémon Squishmallows released and were first previewed at San Diego Comic-Con.
They are currently sold out, but a rerelease has been confirmed in spring 2023 – details are incoming.
Fans can now hug and squeeze these huggable, round and plump Pokémon for themselves.
When do pokemon squishmallows come out?
They are already out but currently out of stock on the pokemon center website.
Jazwares, the manufacturer of Pokémon Squishmallows, has announced on Twitter that the popular toys will be re-released in the spring of 2023.
The re-released versions will differ from the currently sold-out Pokémon Center versions, as the 12″ variants with the Pokémon Center patches and tags will no longer be available.
However, the Pikachu and Gengar Squishmallows will still be available in stores.
It has not been confirmed how the re-released Pokémon Squishmallows will differ from the original versions.
There may be multiple sizes available.
The original release of Pokémon Squishmallows was limited in order to prevent scalping, but it is possible that scalpers will attempt to buy up the re-released versions when they become available at standard stores.
It is important for fans to stay informed about the release date and availability of the Squishmallows in order to have the best chance of purchasing them at retail price.
Pokémon merchandise, including Squishmallows, remains very popular due to the enduring popularity of the Pokémon series among fans of all ages.
